The main objectives of the trust are:

• Spread Shiridi Sai Baba’s teachings and messages in order to help people in their spiritual quest.
• Make a meaningful contribution to the welfare of society in accordance with the teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba in all possible ways.
• Shape and nurture aspirations – ideals and righteous conduct of individuals, especially young ones and generations to come.
• Sponsor or support Religious, Spiritual, Cultural, Educational and Charitable activities of the trust.
• Help and assist the needy children with food, medicines, educations subject to limits and eligibility.
• Help and assist in the relief of mankind affected by natural calamities such floods, fire, famine, cyclone, earthquake, storm, drought, epidemic cost of living and the like, to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to institutions, establishments, centers or persons doing relief work on such occasions.
• Empowerment of ladies/girls of poor families having good caliber and hard working nature but without financial support, by helping them financially for their studies, employment, self-employment.
